Mobile Clinics

VISTORY

Hall 6 - F370
France
Mobile Clinics are designed to respond to operational, health or climatic emergencies safely and as close as possible to where they are needed.
They enable spare parts to be produced quickly and locally, a crucial issue in emergency or crisis situations. This solution maintains the continuity of activities and reduces strategic dependencies.
This offer is made up of 2 containers with distinct purposes, enabling all types of parts to be produced in complete safety, anywhere, at any time.

Innovation character

Mobile Clinics are controlled by MainChain, which connects them to a complete, autonomous and secure ecosystem for rapid production. In addition to their analysis, digitisation, production and control resources, the mobile clinics have a digital warehouse, a supply system for materials and consumables, and a design and manufacture-on-demand service.

Potential for evolution

Mobile Clinics enable parts to be produced as quickly as possible to restore essential equipment, giving priority to in-situ processes. Industrial property owners are an integral part of this MainChain-secured ecosystem. They can therefore monitor compliance with their economic interests and related contractual elements.
In this way, our Mobiles Clinics can be perfectly adapted to different sectors such as Defence and Railways, as well as to industrial companies wishing to repair or create their parts on demand via our design offices or directly themselves using Mobiles Clinics. Among other things, this offer enables us to work alongside drone manufacturers, offering them the possibility of producing and repairing the necessary parts as close to the need as possible, using Mobiles Clinics containers.

Energetic transition

Mobile Clinics solution contributes to the energy transition through responsible production. This offer makes it possible to respond to operational emergencies by producing just what is needed, while overcoming logistical constraints. Positioned as close as possible to the production needs for components, medical devices or the construction of robust emergency shelters, local intervention teams gain greater autonomy and benefit from a complete ecosystem at their fingertips, avoiding long, costly and polluting journeys.

In addition, Mobile Clinics use locally available processes to produce parts that can be used to restore essential equipment. If parts are unavailable, our design office can develop and qualify replacement parts, thereby extending the life of the equipment. This helps to combat programmed obsolescence and the over-consumption of these parts.
