It can be expanded on each side by a dimension equal to its own length and its perimeter can act as a barrier against water, animals, or other threats. The light roof covering the perimeter is supported by high-pressure inflatable beams. The estimated installation time for 2 trained people is up to 2 hours. Multiple ECOS containers can be connected to each other or integrated with ERA shelters. Windows, evacuation doors, electricity, and water distribution can be included, too.
