The STANAG 4609 combines the video stream and metadata from the parameters of the on-board sensors (GPS, IMU, etc.) and the results of algorithms applied to the video stream (position and speed of the detected targets). Many drones, particularly from the civil industry, widely used for defense and security are not compatible with this standard. Our chameleon box remedies this deficiency by putting the video in NATO format (stream or file) and thus allows the integration of any opportunity sensor, present in the area, into the local and central chain of command.
