Here you will find all the frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your visit to Eurosatory 2024.

1. PRACTICAL INFORMATION

What are the dates and opening hours of the show?

The show is being held from 17 to 21 June 2024 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.
Eurosatory 2024 will be open to visitors from Monday 17 to Thursday 20 June from 9am to 5pm, and on Friday 21 June from 9am to 4pm. There will be no admittance after 3pm on Friday 21 June.

How do I get to the show?

The show is being held at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.

There are several ways to get to the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre: by car or taxi; by public transport from Paris airports or stations. Free shuttle buses are available from Paris-CDG airport terminal 2C – 2F.

Is parking available on site?

The Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre has several car parks for visitors.

Access: A1 motorway then A104, exit 1 “Visiteurs”, car park P1

Prices:
from 0 to 3 hours: €0.80 / 15 mins
then from 3h01 to 6h: €0.60 / 15 min
then from 6:01 a.m. to 9 a.m.: €0.30 / 15 min
from the 9th to the 24th hour: 20€
per additional 24 hour period: €20

2. ACCESS AND BADGE

How can I order my visitor badge for Eurosatory 2024?

You can sign up and order your badge here

Please note that badges can only be ordered online. You will be asked to provide an official identity document and a ID photo.

How do I collect my badge?

Once your online registration has been approved by the organiser, you can collect your badge from your personal account. You must download it and print it in colour

How much does it cost to visit Eurosatory 2024 / What are the entrance requirements?

Entry to the show is restricted to defence and security professionals aged over 16.

There are different rates depending on the length of your participation.

Will the badge I order online give me direct access to the show?

Yes. The A4 badge you order online will give you direct access to the show.

Download your badge, print it out and present it at the show entrance, along with proof of identity.

Can I change my badge?

Please note that badges are personal, nominative and non-transferable. Once ordered, it cannot be changed. All orders are final and non-refundable.

Can I cancel my badge order?

As specified at the time of order and in the terms and conditions of sale, confirmed orders cannot be modified or refunded.

I've received confirmation of my order, and my badge is available in my personal account, but I can't display it. What can I do?

Your badge is delivered in pdf format. If you have problems opening it, we recommend that you download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

I haven't received my electronic badge. Is this normal?

Badges can be downloaded directly from the confirmation e-mail you received.

Please check your spam box.

The validation procedure can take up to 48 hours. As soon as your registration is approved, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail.

I haven't printed my badge, can I still come to the show?

No, your badge must be printed out. Make sure you print it in good quality and in colour. You will not be admitted to the show by displaying the badge on your phone screen.

I've received an invitation with a code. How do I redeem it?

You have received an invitation code to come to EUROSATORY 2024.

Click here to create your personal account. Once you’ve completed the form, log in with your 2024 login details and click on the “I’m converting my invitation into a badge” button. Enter your code and confirm.

Once your registration has been validated by the organiser, you will receive a confirmation email with your access badge for the 5 days of the show.

How can I receive a Participation certificate for my visa application?

Sign in to your personal account.
Once your badge request has been validated, go to the tab “Participation certificate”, you can edit and download your personalised proof of participation at the show (formerly known as a “letter of invitation”), which will help you apply for a visa from the consulate or embassy of your place of residence.

Where can I access my personal account?

Why set up a personal account?

With a personal account, you can:

  • Track the status of your badge order
  • Finalise a saved order
  • Print your badge
  • Download your invoice
  • Consult practical information
  • Download your Attestation of participation (for your visa application)
How can I retrieve my password to access my personal account?

For security reasons, the EUROSATORY team cannot give you your password by telephone or e-mail. We invite you to click on the Forgot your password link on the home page of your Personal Account.

4. SERVICES AND EVENTS

Does the show have a mobile application?

Yes, the organiser provides a web app, available one month before the show. There is no requirement to download anything onto your mobile phone. We strongly recommend that you use it, as it will be very helpful for consulting the exhibitors’ catalogue, the conference programme, the networking service, the exhibition map, etc. You can use bookmarks to prepare your visit by registering your centres of interest in advance. You will be able to find them on the web application in your personal account when you visit the show.

Where can I find the official show catalogue?

The exhibition catalogue will be available one month before the exhibition on the website and on the official Eurosatory 2024 Web App. It will also be available free of charge in limited quantities at the show.

Where can I find the conference programme?

You can consult the conference programme online, which will be available from April 2024 on the show website. The programme is also available on the official Web App, 1 month before the show.

Conferences are free and open to all show participants.

Times, location and accessibility of live demonstrations

Live demonstrations take place on every day of the show. Check out the programme on the show website here.

Free shuttle buses during the show will transport visitors between the exhibition areas and the live demonstration zone.

Does the salon have a cloakroom/luggage room?

The show offers a concierge service (Hall 6 and Hall 5B) and two free cloakroom/luggage storage areas: one at the entrance to Hall 6 and the other at the entrance to Hall 5B under the outdoor marquee.

Is there free WIFI at the exhibition?

Free Wi-Fi Internet access is provided by the Exhibition Centre and the Organiser in Halls 6 & 5a, 5b, the outdoor exhibition area, the live demonstrations, conferences rooms and in public areas.

Designed for non-professional use, this access allows users to manage their emails and browse websites that do not require very high data speeds.

Will conferences be translated live?

All conferences will feature translation services French/English. To access these translations, you’ll need to scan a QR code with your cell phone in front of each conference room and visit the dedicated page. Please remember to bring your own headset to take advantage of this service.
